It is a beautifully made fridge and looks great in my grill island, but bad luck that I got this and it did not work and wouldn’t cool. Customer service rep Angus texted me the day after I informed Frostronics of my issues. They were very helpful in helping me to attempt to get it running, but alas the compressor was bad and it just wouldn’t work. I was instantly processed a replacement unit. Sometime things are just defective, and that’s bad luck. But this company was quick to respond, attempt to resolve, and ultimately replace. What better customer service could you ask for!

Awesome Fridge!

I purchased this Frostronics outdoor refrigerator for my patio, and it has honestly been one of the best upgrades I've made. It keeps drinks incredibly cold, and I love that there's plenty of room for everything when we have friends over. The stainless steel finish looks great outdoors and feels sturdy enough to handle everyday use. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. If you want an outdoor fridge that looks good, works well, and comes with solid support, I definitely recommend this one!

This is a great refrigerator with great support

I now have had this refrigerator for several months. Before getting this one, I had looked around at many outdoor refrigerators. This is one of the very few refrigerators that has a winter mode which was a big plus for me since the last refrigerator I had did not and I had several cans explode when we had an unusual frigid spell this past winter. The unit looks to be well made and definitely keeps things cold and performs well. It has plenty of storage for my needs. I did get it on an Amazon special so the price was right. Love the interior light. I have it as a standalone unit on my covered porch. It has some noise when the compressor kicks on but it does not interfere with conversation or watching TV and the unit is within 10 feet of the sitting area. Now to be fair I did have some temperature issues initially. The temperature displayed was about 4 degrees warmer than the actual interior temperature and the the variance was wider than I liked. I went to their website for support and they got back to me the same day.... and this was on a weekend! They gave me clear instructions that allowed me to correct the temperature difference and decrease the temperature variance of the unit. This unit is now spot on.
