Please retain this Limited Warranty and your original proof of purchase.

1. WHO IS COVERED
This Limited Warranty is provided by Frostronics Refrigeration Tech Inc. (“Frostronics”) to the original end-user purchaser of a new Frostronics refrigeration product.
This Limited Warranty applies only to products purchased new from Frostronics or an authorized retailer and used within the contiguous United States or Canada. It does not apply to products purchased for resale, products sold by unauthorized sellers, or products sold as used, refurbished, open-box, or “as-is.”
This Limited Warranty is not transferable, except where transfer is required by applicable law.

2. WHAT IS COVERED
Frostronics warrants that your Frostronics refrigeration product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance, provided that the product is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the applicable user manual. The warranty period begins on the date of original online purchase.

3. Warranty Coverage and Duration
a) Product components other than the refrigeration system: One (1) year
b) Refrigeration system, including compressor, condenser, evaporator, refrigerant piping, and related sealed-system components: Three (3) years
c) Registered refrigeration system: Four (4) years total

Complete product registration at https://frostronics.com/registration/ to receive one (1) additional year of limited warranty coverage for the refrigeration system at no charge. Product registration is not required to obtain the standard one-year product warranty or the standard three-year refrigeration-system warranty.

4. WHAT FROSTRONICS WILL DO
If a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, Frostronics will, at its sole discretion:
a) Provide a new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent replacement part or component; or
b) Replace the product with the same model or a functionally comparable model if repair is not practical or commercially reasonable. Replacement parts and replacement products may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.

If a replacement product is provided, the remaining warranty period will be calculated from the original purchase date. Replacement of a product or component does not restart or extend the original warranty period.

5. HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
Before requesting warranty service, please review the troubleshooting information in the applicable user manual. To obtain warranty service, contact Frostronics and provide your proof of purchase, model number, serial number, and a description of the issue.

Frostronics may request photographs, videos, proof of purchase, product information, and reasonable access to the product or defective component before authorizing warranty service. Do not return any product or component without prior authorization from Frostronics.

6. WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
a) Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unreasonable use, improper handling, vandalism, fire, flood, lightning, power surge, acts of God, or other events beyond Frostronics’ reasonable control;
b) Improper installation, inadequate ventilation, improper electrical supply, improper grounding, improper drainage, failure to level the product, or installation contrary to the user manual or applicable laws, regulations, or codes;
c) Use contrary to published instructions, operation outside the product’s rated specifications, or use in an environment for which the product was not designed;
d) Failure to perform reasonable cleaning, care, or maintenance;
e) Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or corrosion caused by an unsuitable environment;
f) Unauthorized alteration, modification, disassembly, or repair;
g) Damage caused by third-party parts, accessories, installation, repair, or service, where such parts, accessories, installation, repair, or service caused the claimed defect or damage;
h) Products with removed, altered, defaced, or unreadable serial numbers, unless prohibited by applicable law;Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, cabinetry, countertops, electrical work, plumbing work, access limitations, or site restoration;
i) Loss of food, beverages, inventory, revenue, profits, business opportunity, use, or enjoyment; orProducts located outside the contiguous United States or Canada when warranty service is requested.
j) For products expressly designed and marketed by Frostronics for commercial use, normal commercial use in accordance with the applicable user manual is covered. Rental use, unauthorized commercial use, or use outside published specifications is not covered.

7. SHIPPING DAMAGE
Please inspect your product promptly upon delivery. Visible freight damage, missing components, or shipping-related concerns should be reported promptly to the selling retailer or carrier in accordance with its applicable reporting requirements. This provision does not limit warranty coverage for a manufacturing defect otherwise covered by this Limited Warranty.

8. DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
To The Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, Any Implied Warranties, Including The Implied Warranties Of Merchantability And Fitness For A Particular Purpose, Are Limited In Duration To The Applicable Express Warranty Period Stated In This Limited Warranty. Some states, provinces, or territories do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Remedies Provided In This Limited Warranty Are The Sole And Exclusive Remedies Available Under This Limited Warranty. To The Extent Permitted By Applicable Law, Frostronics Shall Not Be Liable For Indirect, Incidental, Special, Punitive, Or Consequential Damages Arising From The Use Of, Inability To Use, Or Failure Of The Product. Some states, provinces, or territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state, province to province, or territory to territory. For consumers in Canada, applicable provincial or territorial consumer-protection laws may provide rights and remedies that cannot be excluded or limited by this Limited Warranty.

11. POLICY UPDATES
This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased on or after the Effective Date stated above. Any future revision will apply only to products purchased after its stated effective date, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Frostronics will not reduce warranty coverage already provided for a product purchased before a later revision.
